Warranty Coverage by Product
🔧 Pressure Gauges
Warranty Period: 12 months from date of purchase
Coverage: Manufacturing defects, calibration accuracy, and material failures
Exclusions: Damage from overpressure, corrosive media, or improper installation
💧 Water Hammer Arrestors
Warranty Period: 24 months from date of purchase
Coverage: Manufacturing defects, seal failures, and structural integrity
Exclusions: Damage from water hammer exceeding rated capacity or improper sizing
🌡️ Thermometers
Warranty Period: 12 months from date of purchase
Coverage: Manufacturing defects, accuracy, and material failures
Exclusions: Damage from temperature extremes beyond rated range or physical impact
Products Without Warranty
🔌 Test Plugs
No Warranty Coverage: Test plugs are rubber components designed for multiple uses and are subject to normal wear and degradation. Due to the nature of rubber materials and repeated use cycles, test plugs are sold without warranty coverage.
What is Covered
