Return & Exchange Policy

At Angstrom Shop, we stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment. This policy outlines our return and exchange procedures.

Return Period

72 Hours: You have 72 hours from the date of delivery to report any issues.

Important: No Testing or Usage Policy

Products must NOT be used or tested. Any product that has been used, tested, or installed cannot be returned for safety and quality assurance reasons.

Returns Only Accepted For:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If we shipped an incorrect item
  • Damaged/Broken Products: Items damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects

Eligible Items for Return

Items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Completely unused and untested
  • In original sealed condition
  • Original packaging and documentation included
  • No signs of installation, testing, or modification
  • All accessories and components included
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • Any product that has been used or tested
  • Items with broken seals or packaging
  • Custom-ordered or specially manufactured items
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Items without original packaging or documentation

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us Immediately

Step 2: Provide Evidence

For damaged items: Provide clear photos of the damage
For wrong items: Provide photos of the product label/specifications

Step 3: Return Authorization

We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number only for eligible returns.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges ONLY for:

  • Wrong items shipped by us
  • Damaged items received
  • Manufacturing defects (within warranty period)

Refund Process

Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refund Method: Original payment method
Inspection Required: All returns undergo strict inspection

Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty:

  • Pressure Gauges: 12-month warranty
  • Water Hammer Arrestors: 24-month warranty
  • Test Plugs: 12-month warranty
  • Thermometers: 12-month warranty

Damaged in Transit

Items damaged during shipping:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do NOT open or test the damaged item
  • Provide photos of packaging and damaged item
  • We will arrange immediate replacement
